Saturdays marathon session was incredible! Lots and lots of great action going on - I'm just going to mention some of the highlights:
The team members: Sgt. Kimo, Reaze, Nefarius, A_Baked_Bean, Dano, Buzz, David_Marsoc, Guachichile, and Morgoth. Sniperstein, Enzo_the_Snit, and Elric_Marsoc also stopped in while I had a dedicated server up (had to take a break). I'm sure I missed people.... sorry.
Buzz, Morgoth, Kimo and I had perhaps one of the smoothest set of rounds I've ever played. We started at El Karatina and took the levels down without a single casualty for the first five levels, and didn't have to repeat a level until the beginning of American University - twelve maps into the game! We cleared the warehouse in less than three minutes! It took a total of 16 minutes to go from echo base to the beginnng of La Sagesse averaging about 4 minutes per level. Unreal. Buzz went without a single death until we started to move into the restaurant. He tossed a grenade into the restaurant, closed the door, and then the chef opened it up to run out. Fortunately for the chef Buzz blocked the shrapnel with his face!
Chef then had the nerve to sit on Buzz's body, so Morg and I opened a can of whoopass on him.
Sgt. Kimo has some friends over. So what's the first thing they do?
Maybe that's how he got THIS with his M16? Nice work!
Earlier in the day I dropped through the map at the end of El K where we move into the abandoned factory.
Deciding to take advantage of this I moved to an excellent sniper position at the far end of the map.
I set up for the shot, breath out, squeeeeeeze and game over.
If I can get on later today I'll post the times up here. Hopefully we can deliver some special Easter eggs to our friends in Lebanon. Later Team!
